Smart Hotel Central - Milan

Modern and reasonably priced accommodation with magnificent setting very close to safari or the like, the Milano main train station and the metro, central station and shuttle bus to the airport. Queen room in bathroom by mirror. Nice design, good service in the entire hotel. Early check-in.

Polite staff, helpful, clean.

It really is very basic. I was advertised from 200 Euro to 60 Euro special offer for a single room. This creates the expectation (obviously) that you are getting a great deal with a room that is normally sold for 200 Euro. There is no way anyone would ever pay 200 Euro for that room. In fact, the 'special' price of 60 Euro is probably more like the normal price. I recommend Booked.net to check out the hotel themselves and decide for themselves. I think they will agree.

Good location. There is everything if you need just shower and clean bed.

But breakfast - not ok. Coffee unspeakable taste and nothing to eat.

It had excellent and perfect location close to Pirelli Tower.

Location was excellent if trying to get to any part of town or even any excursion destination like Bergamo. Good facilities in close proximity. Staff were friendly and hardworking. Breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable and clean but decor seemed worn.

Toilet seat was cracked. Shower Unit had black scum at base of it. Holes in bedspread. Occassional suir smell in reception area and reception ceiling noticably dirty not giving a good initial impression.

I like the location of the hotel and the quitness, some hotel staff are good too.

I didn't like the reception attendant.

poor service!!! I have booked two room and one room need add a bed, I sent them email twice but no responds. when i get to hotel and told the staff I need add a bed in a room, he said it's ok but to early to check in.but when we get back later,another staff refuse to add a bed and the reason is they blocked their internet and no evidence shows I have sent a mail,moreover they dont have the service to add a bed which is not the same as describe in Booked.net. when I show my mail, she still refuse to add a bed because their hotel only add a bed in double room````````. we have to book a single room. we never heard sorry and what she focus it's not their fault``````````````

Perfect spot for a getaway!

Superb location right by the train station made it easy for us to explore. Room was spacious and comfy-great for selfies! The staff surprised us with cake and Prosecco for my friend's bday, and the upgrade was awesome.

Very close to Milan central station, inexpensive, friendly staff, a lot of restaurants and fast foods are in the area.

The A/C was not working properly, had a few items in the breakfast

convenient locale.the lift worked .there was breakfast available where they said it would be.
